Protest Against State Backed Terrorism. The people and groups most likely to be behind this attack are:

8. Abdur Rahman Shayakh-Nizamis right hand and spiritual guru of JMJB forces

Update: Govt is trying to confuse Interpol reps making ordinary criminals responsible for the attack in order to hide the Jihadists who are backed by their partners in the power (Jamat-e-Islami, Islami Oikya Jote, Islamic Constitution Movement Mujahedin Al Islam, Freedom Party). Police has arrested a Hindu internet cafe owner, Partha Saha, and brutal orture in the police custody has crippled him. Govt and its partner Jamat-e-Islam are blaming Awami League and India for the blast.
